Our opening order is $300. Minimum re-order is $150.
We will attempt to completely fulfill each order, notify reseller of any items back ordered, and mutually determine whether to cancel or keep as back ordered.
All orders must be prepaid in full via credit card. All orders require pre-payment to start production. We are not responsible for orders that ship late due to invalid/declined credit card information.
There is a three (3) week lead time for orders from January 1st to August 30th, but the timeframe is subject to change. When ordering, a time estimation on your order will be given after your payment.
Any Christmas/Holiday orders placed after September 1st may take longer.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders based on final weight and MSRP costs and will be shipped fully insured. Shipping fees are not included in product costs.
All shipping charged for returns, exchanges, repairs are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and other incurred charges.
US MISSING/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
All items shipped on behalf of Aisha Likes It are insured and should a package be lost or stolen, we are happy to assist you in obtaining a similar item (when possible) or the purchase price of the item. In the event of a missing package, we will provide you with shipment, tracking, and insurance information necessary for you to file a claim. This can be a lengthy process. Most carriers do not accept insurance claims until 30 days after shipment. While we are happy to ensure packages are insured and will provide you with necessary documentation to file a claim, we will not replace the item nor refund its value. Our liability ends once the order has been accepted by the mailing service.
International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US.
International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
If you plan to sell any of Aisha Likes It products online, we require that full credit be given to Aisha Likes It in the product descriptions.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Once an order or reorder is placed new inventory is created and customized to fulfill the order and thus cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours. After that time, production on the order will go into effect and all charges will apply.
We ask that changes to your open order be submitted within 48 hours of order placement.
We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
A 30-day warranty covers defects in workmanship performed by Aisha Likes It. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if merchandise is deemed defective in workmanship, which is to be determined solely at the discretion of Aisha Likes It.
Each item is handmade and slight variations in size, color, and image are inherent in the process are not considered defects.
Due to the constant fluctuating material costs, prices are only guaranteed for 3 months and are subject to change without notice.
Aisha Likes It will not be held liable for indemnification between the retailer and its customers.
