Shipping policy
Standard shipping: Typical shipping days are Wednesday and Saturday. Please expect purchases to ship within 5 business days of purchase.
Holiday/Sale shipping: During high order volume such as sales and holidays, please anticipate a shipping window of 7-10 business days after purchase.
All orders placed will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been packed for shipping. Packages are shipped to the address indicated on the order. Please be sure you include the correct address at checkout. Aisha Likes It ships to addresses provided by customers and will not be held responsible for misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
Missing/Lost/Stolen Packages
All items shipped on behalf of Aisha Likes It are insured and should a package be lost or stolen, we will provide you with the paperwork you need to file a claim with USPS. Please be aware that this can be a lengthy process as USPS does not accept insurance claims until 30 days after shipment.
Further, Aisha Likes It cannot guarantee that USPS will cover the cost of any potential loss. Please note that if they elect not to do so, Aisha Likes It will not be held be responsible for the loss.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of non-custom items when contacted within 5 days of delivery. Please ship the item back in salable condition within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment exclusive of shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Buyers are encouraged shipped items back with appropriate insurance as lost/stolen items will not be refunded.
Repairs
As with all jewelry, Aisha Likes It pieces should be handled with care. Made with both recycled and natural materials, wear should be expected over time. Stretch bracelets may lose their elasticity, particularly if over-stretched, allowed to get wet or exposed to cosmetics. After six months of purchase, repairs, bead replacement (may not be exact,) and bracelet restringing, when possible, will be made at the buyer's expense.
