Terms:
1) A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work begins.
2) Expected completion within 2-3 weeks of paid deposit.
3) Up to two sets of progress pictures will be sent upon buyer's request.
4) When the necklace is complete, final pictures will be sent for approval.
5) Once approved, buyer is expected to complete purchase within two days.
6) Maker will ship pieces within two business days of buyer’s completed purchase.
7) Refunds will only be issued in cases where the maker fails to follow the reference picture.
